Since launch of Financing of Agriculture — 7 project, farmers of Kyrgyzstan have received 946 loans for 380,167.8 million soms. The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan reported.
At least 139 soft loans for 52.8 million soms were provided for crop production, 796 loans for 296.9 million soms — for livestock breeding, 11 loans for 30.4 million soms — for processing and services.
«Within the framework of the project on concessional financing of agriculture, the funds of commercial banks and financial institutions will be provided at preferential interest rates (at 6, 8 and 10 percent per annum) to businesses and individuals for development of crop production, livestock breeding and processing of agricultural products during 2019,» the Ministry of Finance stressed.
