Kyrgyzstan develops e-Kyzmat automated personnel inventory system

Infocom State Enterprise of Kyrgyzstan developed e-Kyzmat automated personnel inventory system. Press service of the enterprise reported.

The system will provide an opportunity to make a quick profile for each official, to see all his or her achievements in the civil service.

According to the director of Infocom State Enterprise Talant Abdullaev, e-Kyzmat has a multi-level protection system, which ensures its reliability. Each encrypted connection runs through closed communication channels; continuous work is also carried out by employees who monitor the security of data transmission.

E-Kyzmat system was put into operation in 43 state bodies and the mayor’s office of Bishkek. Data of 12,000 employees is digitized, 400 active users are registered.

The system allows to draw up analytical reports on education, qualifications, age, marital status, gender, number of staff. On the basis of the developed modules, there are tools for self-learning and applying for vacant positions online.
