An interdepartmental working commission has been established to study the situation at Kum-Bel coal deposit in Kyrgyzstan. The Information Support Department of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
«Problems that have arisen at Kum-Bel coal deposit are being studied now. Samples were taken for water analysis. According to the materials of the interdepartmental working group, they will make proposals for the future work of the field,» the message says.
A few days ago, a video appeared on Facebook, in which a man stated that harmful effluents from Kum-Bel deposit fell into Zerger river. The authors of the video believe that coal is mined there by a Chinese company, but name of holder of the development license is not officially voiced.
