Trailer for Kazakhstani film Ayka, which tells about the fate of a migrant from Kyrgyzstan, was posted on YouTube.
The main part in the film by Russian director Sergei Dvortsevoy is performed by an actress Samal Yeslyamova, who was recognized the best actress at the 71st Cannes Film Festival.
Earlier it was reported that the film entered Oscars shortlist.
Ayka is a movie about a difficult fate of a migrant from Kyrgyzstan who works illegally in Moscow. The film is about her inner human growth, motherhood, which she loses, and then regains. Previously, the film was screened at the International Film Festival in Almaty.
