State property of Kyrgyzstan will be leased only through an electronic portal. The Deputy Chairman of the State Property Management Fund Adilet Bekboev told today at a press conference.
According to him, the State Property Management Fund will finish accepting documents in paper form for participation in auctions for the right to sign lease agreements on September 30. The fund will switch to electronic auctions through etp.okmot.kg portal from October 10.
An electronic signature (for legal entities) and a device reading the biometric passport data (for individuals) are required to participate in electronic auctions.
