Kyrgyzstanis won 16 medals at Taekwondo ITF International Tournament. Their coach Sergey Faustov told.
According to him, the competition took place in Yugorsk (Russia) with the participation of 360 athletes from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. «We took 14 athletes from the Youth Sports School No. 2 of Alamudun district. They won four gold, six silver and six bronze medals,» said Sergey Faustov. «Many of them competed in two categories: «tuli» and «sparring.»
Karlygash Fatkulina, Ulanbek Zamirbekov, Ainazik Abdujabbirova and Emilbek Zhumakanov became champions. Alim Emirov, Imran Mikhmanov (in two categories), Ayana Ryskulbekova, Kamila Khasan-Akhunova and Ulanbek Zamirbekov won silver medals.
Azizbek Duishenbekov (in two categories), Karim Ibragimov, Kirill Drozdenko, Emilbek Zhumakanov and Kamila Khasan-Akhunova won bronze medals.
The listed athletes are the trainees of coaches Sergey Faustov, Karlygash Fatkulina and Temirlan Tagaybaev.
«The tournament was held at a good level. Like in 2017, our athletes showed good results,» said Sergey Faustov.
