A competition for the project of a memorial historical and cultural museum complex Chynyz-Ordo in the territory of Sheker village was announced. The Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Anyone who works in the field of architecture, urban planning, urban design or landscape architecture can take part in the competition.
In the design process, one should take into account spiritual heritage, the presence of unique runic inscriptions, rock engraving, monuments of archeology and architecture.
The complex should consist of a museum, a monument, a conference hall, a hotel, a tea house, an entrance group, a parking lot. Depending on the idea, authors can suggest other objects.
Projects are accepted until April 20. Their public discussion will take place after it. The Ministry of Culture provided a bonus fund of 270,000 soms.
Earlier, the Prime Minister Sapar Isakov signed a decree of the Kyrgyz government on the creation of Chyngyz-Ordo complex. This is a land plot of 15 hectares, 6.1 hectares of which are perennial plantings, 5.3 hectares are irrigated arable land, and 3.6 hectares are state-owned pastures.
