Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov signed an order, which appointed Kalykbek Sultanov an Advisor to the Prime Minister. The Department for Public Relations and Mass Media of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Kalykbek Sultanov was an Adviser to the head of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev from May 2016 till August 2017.
