Electricity in Kyrgyzstan to gradually rise in price

Electricity in Kyrgyzstan will gradually rise in price, Deputy Prime Minister Duishenbek Zilaliyev said this at a meeting of the republican headquarters for the preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018.

According to him, plenipotentiary representatives of the government need to focus on the use of coal for heating budgetary institutions and the population.

«With regard to the limit on the use of electricity in the heating season, it will be right to focus on coal heating. For the failure of the heating season, strict demand will be from every responsible manager,» Duishenbek Zilaliyev said.
