«Over Severelectro excess is 400 million kilowatt hours, Vostokelectro 120 million, Oshelektro 120 million, and Jalal-Abadelectro 150 million kilowatt hours,» Aibek Kaliyev said.
He noted that the main reason for exceeding the limit is the long autumn-winter period 2016-2017 (180 days).
