The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments providing for a reduction in the staffing level and official vehicle fleet of the Accounts Chamber of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the resolution, the maximum staffing level of the agency will be reduced from 88 to 82 employees.
Furthermore, the number of official vehicles will be almost halved. Previously, the Accounts Chamber was allowed to use 12 official vehicles; after the amendments come into effect, this number will be reduced to six.
As noted in the document, the amendments are aimed at optimizing the agency’s staffing level and more efficient use of official vehicles.
The resolution will come into effect in ten days after its official publication.
