The evacuation of people from the Zhogorku Kenesh was related to a drill, parliament officials told 24.kg news agency.
According to the parliament, staff members were evacuated around lunchtime, but unlike other government agencies, no bomb threat reports were received.
«We were informed that drills were taking place,» the parliament’s press service said.
Earlier, employees at the Government House and Manas International Airport were also evacuated following bomb threat reports.
