Kyrgyzstani Mukhammadali Kanybekov won bronze at the Youth World Boxing Cup, currently underway in Montenegro.
Adriatic Pearl tournament for athletes under 19 years old kicked off in Budva.
The Kyrgyz athlete competed in the 50-kilogram weight class. Following the draw, he entered the podium in the semifinals and faced Kazakhstani Nurkhan Kurmanbekov, but lost 0-5. Ultimately, Mukhammadali Kanybekov took third place at the tournament.
