Almost half a kilo of hashish found in car at Sosnovka post

Officers of the State Service on Drug Control detained three men, who were transporting drugs, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The police reported that on September 20, a Daewoo Nexia was stopped at Sosnovka post. The officers inspected the car and found a 475-gram brick of hashish under the hood. The driver explained that he had prepared the drugs in Toktogul district together with two other citizens. They were going to sell them in Bishkek.

The Zhaiyl District Court of Chui region took three men in custody for two months. The investigation is ongoing.
