U.S. dollar buying rate has increased by 10-20 tyiyns over the past 24 hours in Kyrgyzstan.
Today, exchange offices in the capital and commercial banks buy the American currency for 88.8-89.1 soms, and sell it for 89.55-89.7 soms. The nominal exchange rate was set at 89.0715 soms (0.02 percent drop).
The euro, on the contrary, fell slightly in price. Today it is bought for 96.8-97.4 soms, sold for 97.8-98.3 soms. The official exchange rate is 97.3819 soms (1.17 percent drop).
The Russian ruble also depreciated and became cheaper than the som again. Today its buying rate is 0.96-0.97 soms, the selling rate is 0.98 soms. The nominal exchange rate is 0.9818 som (1.18 percent drop).
The Kazakh tenge remains stable. It is bought for 0.125-0.137 soms, sold — for 0.199-0.205 soms with the official exchange rate of 0.1965 soms (0.26 percent growth).
