Four specialists from the National Hospital in Bishkek are undergoing professional training in Paris at the Hospital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild, a leading French clinic providing high-tech medical care in ophthalmology, neurology, neurosurgery, and otorhinolaryngology.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, the training is being held as part of the implementation of a memorandum of understanding between the National Hospital and the Paris-based hospital, signed in 2026.
The program participants:
- ophthalmologist Almaz Tultemirov, who is studying modern methods of diagnosing and treating retinal diseases;
- ophthalmologist Gulnara Sulaimanova, who is improving her practical skills in vitreoretinal surgery;
- neurologist Nurzhan Dzhaparalieva, who is training in modern approaches to treating Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders;
- young physician Boobek Sooronbekov, who is mastering modern ENT surgery and head-and-neck surgery techniques.
During the training, the Kyrgyz specialists are learning about advanced clinical approaches, the organization of specialized medical care, and new diagnostic and treatment technologies, while also taking part in hands-on clinical work under the supervision of French colleagues.
After completing the internship, the specialists plan to apply the knowledge and practical skills gained in their work at the National Hospital, organize training sessions for colleagues, and share modern diagnostic and treatment methods.
