President Sadyr Japarov took part online in the ceremony marking the handover of apartment keys in a new residential complex Asman Residence, located in the village of Zhany-Aryk in Yntymak rural administration of Kara-Suu district.
A total of 225 apartments were handed over to new residents across five five-story buildings, including 50 one-room, 125 two-room, and 50 three-room apartments.
The second phase of the project is currently underway. Construction of additional five-story residential buildings continues on a 1.95-hectare plot.
In his remarks, President Sadyr Japarov stated that the project is a clear example of the implementation of the state mortgage housing program aimed at addressing citizens’ housing needs.
«Every citizen of our country should have their own housing,» the head of state emphasized.
Kara-Suu is one of the largest districts in Kyrgyzstan, where demand for housing remains high. According to local authorities, more than 100 apartment buildings providing nearly 7,000 apartments are planned for construction in the district over the next two — three years.
