The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan plans to launch school buses in Bishkek. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov, said at the opening ceremony of a center for repair and maintenance of buses.
He expressed interest in testing Chinese school buses. If the project is successful, then Kyrgyzstan is ready to purchase them.
Since the beginning of the school year, Bishkek residents have been complaining about problems with public transport. Buses and trolleybuses are overcrowded or do not come on time. It is extremely difficult for children to travel in such transport.
