Criminal case against ex-prime minister of Kyrgyzstan Temir Sariev, previously initiated on the fact of corruption, has been dismissed. He himself told 24.kg news agency.
According to Temir Sariev, the case was dismissed due to lack of corpus delicti.
Recall, Temir Sariev was accused in the case on Kumtor. He was charged with corruption. A number of former officials were defendants in the same case, including another ex-prime minister Dzhoomart Otorbaev. The latter was sentenced to a fine.
