As a result, the powers of Tilek Mambetaliev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC, were prematurely terminated. In addition, a new member of the Board of Directors, Kubat Abdraimov, was elected.
Suerkul Bakirov became the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors.
