Kyrgyzstan went through the heating season without difficulties, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, for the 2021-2022 autumn-winter period, Kara-Keche coal field has produced the largest amount of coal since 2015.
«As the dynamics shows, in 2019 we managed to extract the largest amount of solid fuel from Kara-Keche coal field — 554,000 tons (until 2020). In 2021, we mined 1,225 million tons of coal. God willing, next winter we plan to increase the volume to 1.5 million tons,» the head of state wrote.
He noted that the Heating and Power Plant burned 100,000 tons of coal less than a year ago. «That is, 100,000 tons were saved because we used clean coal. Everything falls into place with timely strict control,» Sadyr Japarov concluded.
