Bishkek hosted the Chess Championship of Kyrgyzstan among schoolchildren. The Chess Federation reported.
According to it, 470 schoolchildren from all over the country participated in the championship.
The event was held according to the Swiss and round robin systems in seven to nine rounds with a time control of 90 minutes for each game with an addition of 30 seconds per move, starting from the first.
Champions and prize-winners were awarded cups, medals, diplomas and ChesSom (an internal chess currency that has a certain value).
