Kyrgyzstan needs to improve information security. MP Adakhan Madumarov said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on international affairs, defense, security and migration today.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan should take measures to ensure information security.
«World powers spend a lot of money on protection of personal and mass consciousness of citizens from dangerous content. It is not necessary to send a rocket now, an information attack is enough. Do all information resources operating on the territory of Kyrgyzstan meet national interests? As you can see, some countries shut down representative offices of world TV channels and news agencies,» Adakhan Madumarov said.
The deputy noted that there are big problems with information security in the regions of the country.
«Which TV channel is most watched in Batken? What about Osh, Talas? In order to destroy countries, they divide the people into different groups and provide them with different information. The concept of netocracy emerged. This is control via the Internet,» Adakhan Madumarov said.
