Local residents seized administration of Kara-Suu district and appointed a new head.
The door plate was removed from the office of Tilek Matraimov, brother of the ex-customs officer Raiymbek Matraimov.
Tilek Matraimov has headed the administration of Kara-Suu district of Osh region since 2012.
