Date of canceled match between football teams of KR and Myanmar appointed

It became known when the canceled match between the national football teams of Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar will be held. This was reported by the Federation of this sport of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The third round of the qualifying round of the Asian Cup 2019 was to take place in Bishkek on September 5, in which Kyrgyzstan team would play against the Myanmar team. However, it was canceled.

«Today Tokyo (Japan) hosts the meeting of the AFC competition committee. One of the issues was the canceled match between the KR and Myanmar. The Committee decided that it would be held in a neutral field on March 22, 2018. This is what our federation wanted to achieve. The place will be determined later,» the FF of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Currently, the team of the Kyrgyz Republic is the second in the standings of its qualifying group. In four games, it scored seven points. The first is India (13 points). Myanmar (five points) is the third.
