Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan appointed

Sultanbek Jumagulov was appointed the Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree.

Recall, on November 1, the Parliament approved the candidacy of Sultanbek Jumagulov for the post of Minister of Culture of Kyrgyzstan. All 84 deputies registered at the meeting voted unanimously for him.

Sultanbek Jumagulov was born in 1959 in At-Basha district of Naryn region. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the Kyrgyz State University.

Tugelbai Kazakov was released from the post of Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan on October 28 by decree of the President of the country.
