New head of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial, Legal Issues and Regulations in the Parliament was appointed. Deputies held a secret ballot today at a meeting of the Parliament.
Recall, the chair of the committee head was vacant after Asel Koduranova became vice-speaker of the parliament instead of Daniyar Tolonov. Kanat Kerezbekov, who is a deputy from the SDPK faction, was a candidate to the vacant seat.
All 106 deputies of the committee who participated in the elections of the committee head voted for the candidature of Kanat Kerezbekov.
