Shareholders of Electric Stations OJSC approve deal with Liglass Trading

The shareholders of Electric Stations OJSC approved the deal with Liglass Trading. The decision was made today at an extraordinary meeting.

As the shareholders told 24.kg news agency, some of those present called the deal dubious and voted against it. However, the project was approved by a majority of votes.

Recall, the government of Kyrgyzstan and Liglass Trading has already signed an agreement on the construction and commissioning of Ak-Bulun hydropower station and Naryn HPP 1 of the Upper Naryn cascade. The same company won the tender for the construction of ten small HPPs.
