In 2015, the State Enterprise Infocom under the State Registration Service unjustifiably overstated the costs when forming tariffs for the production of ID cards and civil passports. This is stated in the report of the first Deputy Chairman of the State National Security Committee and the Director of the Anti-Corruption Service Duishonbek Chotkorayev.
As noted, in 2016 the State Agency of Antimonopoly Regulation detected the facts of deviation of tariffs from the actual cost of services for manufacturing and personification of national passports, depending on the urgency.
«The amount of proceeds received in violation of the antimonopoly legislation was charged from the State Enterprise Infocom in favor of the state in the amount of 32, 996, 000 soms. Materials on the fact were transferred to the Prosecutor General’s Office," Director of the Anti-Corruption Service said.
