The date of the trial on the case of ex-deputy of the Parliament Sadyr Japarov was appointed. His lawyers informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, the hearing will be held in the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek. The first hearing is scheduled for June 6.
Recall, Sadyr Japarov was detained and brought to the State National Security Committee within the framework of a criminal case instituted on the grounds of crimes under the Articles: threat of murder, hostage-taking, hooliganism, the use of violence against a representative of the authorities of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the investigation results, he was charged on March 26.
By a court decision, he was arrested until the end of the investigation.
On April 2, Sadyr Japarov was found on the floor of a cell with cuts on his arm and neck and was transferred to the prison infirmary. According to him, he injured himself.
