According to his lawyer Sharabidin Toktosunov, only Anarbek Beishenbekov out of 12 of his supporters, who went to the rally on March 25, was released under house arrest. The rest, according to the decision of the Supreme Court, remained in custody.

Recall, Sadyr Japarov was detained and brought to the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic in the framework of a criminal case instituted on the basis of the crimes envisaged by the articles: the threat of murder, hostage-taking, hooliganism, and violence against a representative of the authorities. He was charged on March 26 based on the investigation results.
