Peak in Kyrgyzstan named after heroes of April revolution

A nameless mountain peak in Issyk-Kul region was named the Peak of Heroes of April Revolution. The decision was made by the deputies of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan, who supported the bill in three readings.

The height of the peak on Terskey Ala-Too ridge is 4,142.2 meters. It is located in Ak-Suu district of Issyk-Kul region. The initiative belongs to officials of the State Agency for Local Government and Interethnic Relations under the government of Kyrgyzstan.

Kyrgyzstan will mark the 7^th anniversary of April revolution on April 7, 2017.
