Kyrgyzstan’s U17 football team to participate in CAFA Championship

The CAFA U17 Championship 2026 will be held in Tashkent from April 4 to 14. The Football Association of Central Asia reported.

The national teams of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan will participate in the competition. The tournament will be held in a round-robin format, with 10 matches scheduled.

The tournament will provide an opportunity to develop young footballers, prepare them for regional and global competitions, and showcase the most talented young players from Central Asia.
