Elden Kalchakeev, chief expert of the Presidential Administration’s Sectoral Policy Department, introduced the new Deputy Minister and Chief State Sanitary Doctor to the Ministry of Health’s central office.
She previously headed the Republican Immunoprophylaxis Center.
Her predecessor, Ryspek Sydygaliev, was detained on suspicion of corruption.
