Restoration to be carried out in ancient settlements discovered in Kochkor-Bashi

Restoration work will be carried out in the area of ​​ancient settlements discovered in Kochkor-Bashi, Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy reported.

According to the press service, Deputy Minister Marat Tagayev visited Kochkor and At-Bashy districts, where Kochkor-Bashi and Kok-Tash architectural monument are located. The need for continued study and preservation of historical monuments was noted.

Kyrgyzrestavratsiya Research and Design Institute has been tasked with promptly utilizing 6,583 million soms allocated under the state program Secrets of Ancient History.

The tender has been completed, and work will begin in the coming days.
