The citizen of the Russian Federation, who was on the interstate wanted list for various crimes, including serious ones, was detained in the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
On January 6, cameras equipped with a facial recognition function recorded citizen A.R., against whom criminal cases were initiated under articles 158 (Theft), 131 (Rape) and 327 (Forgery, production or circulation of counterfeit documents, state awards, stamps, seals or forms) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the preventive measure is arrest. He was put on the wanted list by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Altai Krai.
