As follows from the company’s materials, RusHydro will put up for sale Upper Naryn HPPs CJSC. Russian news agency Finam reported.
The decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors of RusHydro. The terms of the possible deal, as well as the amount of sale of the company’s share in Upper Naryn HPPs CJSC are not reported.
Earlier it was reported that RusHydro filed a lawsuit to the arbitration court in The Hague, demanding to recover $ 37 million from Kyrgyzstan. The Kyrgyz authorities still hope to resolve the dispute without litigation.
