Iskender Shayakhmetov has stepped down as head of the Bishkek Emergency Medicine Center. He said goodbye to the team today.
The reasons for his dismissal were not specified. 24.kg news agency has learned that Shayakhmetov’s employment contract had been valid until March 24, 2029.
He joined the city’s emergency medical service 103 in the early 1980s. While still a medical student, he began working as an orderly in a psychiatric team. Since then, his entire professional career has been closely connected with emergency medical care.
