Illegal migrants in Russia will not be able to get married, use banks and public services. The First Deputy Interior Minister of Russia Alexander Gorovoy said in an interview with Kommersant newspaper.
According to him, Russia is currently creating a register of foreigners staying in the country illegally. He added that «after entering the register, these citizens will not be able to drive vehicles, use banking services, register property, register marriages and get divorced, send children to kindergartens and schools.»
Among the main tasks of the implementation of this project the deputy minister named «interdepartmental electronic interaction with organizations providing the above-mentioned services».
At the same time, the First Deputy Interior Minister hopes for assistance from the Russian Ministry of Digital Development and «competence of technical services» of internal affairs bodies.
