Holding of SUIUN_TV lottery on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is illegal. The State Service for Regulation and Supervision over the Financial Market under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The state service urges citizens not to purchase tickets or participate in illegal lotteries that are organized in the country.
«In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Lotteries, organizing a professional lottery and holding a state and incentive lottery without obtaining a license and (or) permit entails the recovery from the lottery organizers of the entire amount of proceeds from the lottery to the republican budget with its spending on keeping children with disabilities and orphans in orphanages and boarding schools, withdrawal of this lottery from sale with its subsequent destruction and bringing the organizers of the lottery, including their officials, to criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the State Service for Regulation and Supervision over the Financial Market said.
