The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan in the third reading adopted a bill that excludes the possibility of reconciliation of the parties under Part 1 of Article 154 of the Criminal Code (rape), if the victim is a child.
It is also proposed to exclude reconciliation of the parties in Article 155 of the Criminal Code (violent acts of a sexual nature).
