New uniform for national football team presented in Bishkek

A new uniform for the national football team of Kyrgyzstan was presented in Bishkek.

According to the President of the Kyrgyz Football Union, Mederbek Sydykov, Kyrgyz football players will play at the Asian Cup in January 2024 in Qatar in the new uniform.

«We have developed a new design. New uniform has a national color, we hope that it will bring many victories and new achievements,» he said.

An auction was also held at the event, where one of those present bought the first set for 50,000 soms.

The previous uniform was developed and presented a year ago — in September 2022. White stripes were removed from the collars and cuffs of the T-shirts, but the coat of arms of the football team remained — the abbreviation KFU (Kyrgyz Football Union). The Spanish brand Joma is the sponsor of the team.
