At least 2,905 religious organizations have been registered in Kyrgyzstan. Report of the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan Tokon Mamytov says.
It is noted that 2,324 of them are mosques and 92 — madrassas. There are 75 Islamic foundations and associations. At least 380 Christian organizations have also been registered.
There is also one Jewish community.
