At least $ 190,000 have been spent on development of the website ibilim.kg. The Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan said that the portal stores information on mathematics, Kyrgyz, Russian and English languages, fine art, music, and natural history, but it does not work, readers of 24.kg news agency reported.
The ministry promised that the website would start working in September. The Ministry of Education noted that technical difficulties had arisen on multimedia resources; they are to be fixed within a week.
Recall, the project was implemented with the support of the World Bank. The international financial institute held a tender and selected developers who spent on creation of the portal $ 190,000. Parents found mistakes in the tasks on the website.
