Vladimir Putin again invites Sooronbai Jeenbekov to Moscow

After the official visit to Astana on December 25-26, the President of Kyrgyzstan will leave for Moscow. Aizada Subakozhoeva, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, announced today at the briefing.

According to her, the working trip will be held at the invitation of the Russian side. «There will be an informal meeting of the heads of the CIS. Participants will discuss topical issues of a regional nature,» Aizada Subakozhoeva said.

She added that bilateral negotiations in Moscow are not planned. There will be only multilateral events.

Sooronbai Jeenbekov made his first visit as head of state to Russia in late November. On November 29, a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin took place in Moscow.
