Wrestler Tynchtykbek uulu Bekzat – champion of Asian Games

The wrestler Tynchtykbek uulu Bekzat won the Asian Games in martial arts, continuing in the city of Ashgabat (Turkmenistan). This is reported by the official site of the competition.

In the evening part of the belt wrestling tournament, three representatives of the KR held fights for gold. All of them were opposed by Turkmen athletes. Erlanbek Murzabekov (up to 60 kg) and Miyzamidin kyzy Meerim (up to 55 kg) lost and took silver. Tynchtykbek uulu Bekzat (up to 55 kg) has won. His «gold» was the second for the KR at these games.

Meerim Momunova (60 kg) held all her fights during the day and waited for her rivals to perform. In the end, she also became a silver medalist.

Thus, in freestyle and classical styles, the KR wrestling team won gold, five silver and eight bronze medals. And in just the first four days of the Asian Games, our country won two gold, nine silver and 15 bronze medals. In the medal standings, the KR is at the 12^th place.
