More than 13,000 tons of dairy products were exported from Kyrgyzstan in January-April 2025. The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reported.
This is almost 4,000 tons more than for the same period in 2024, which is an increase of 44.5 percent. This indicates the active development of the dairy industry in the country.
The main dairy products for export:
- Butter — 863.4 tons;
- Ice cream — 999.4 tons;
- Cheese — 662.3 tons;
- Powdered milk — 363 tons;
- Shoro — 3.1 tons;
- Kurut — 0.5 tons.
The growth in export volumes has a positive effect on the development of agriculture, increasing farmers’ incomes and sustainability of the national economy.
