The most popular names for newborns in the first half of 2024 were Saliha for girls and Muhammad for boys. The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan reported.

- Amir — 1,370,
- Bilal — 1,190,
- Usman — 1,096,
- Alikhan — 1,012,
- Nurislam — 930,
- Muhammed — 849.
The top 10 most popular names among girls:
- Saliha — 2,043,
- Fatima — 1,489,
- Ailin — 1,451,
- Safiya — 1,400,
- Amina — 1,389,
- Aliya — 1,361,
- Rayana — 1,273,
- Aisha — 1,244,
- Khadicha — 1,181,
- Aruuzat — 1,102.
At least 33,370 girls and 35,359 boys were born in Kyrgyzstan for six months.
The ministry reminds that to register the birth of a child, you can file an application through the State Portal of Electronic Services online or contact any Public Service Center or interregional departments of the Population Registration Department.
