Athletes from Kyrgyzstan became world champions in sports ballroom dancing. The Dance Sports Federation reported.
According to it, an annual international tournament was held in Armenia, within the framework of which the WDSF World Championship in the «Youth Latin» category took place.
The dance couple from Kyrgyzstan Vladimir Vyrleyev and Maria Proshletsova took first place, winning the title of world champions.
As the federation noted, dancers from Kyrgyzstan achieved such a result for the first time in history.
