The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov met the guest at Manas International Airport.
Ilham Aliyev will take part in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, which will be held on October 13 in Bishkek under the chairmanship of Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, Ilham Aliyev plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
